Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or other events out of our control. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Pickup in store (FREE) - We will notify you once your order is ready. Your order will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless otherwise noted. After 14 days, your order may be canceled and your money will be refunded.
Standard Shipping - Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or more before applicable taxes. A flat rate of $19.99 is applied to all orders under $100.00 before applicable taxes.
Local Delivery (FREE) - Only available to shipping addresses located within Winkler or Morden. Although this option will be visible during checkout regardless of the shipping address entered, any order placed with a shipping address outside of Winkler or Morden will be rejected. If nobody is present to receive the package(s), the order will be left at the doorstep and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please note that some oversized products may only be available for pickup in store or free local delivery (currently only available to Winkler or Morden). Oversized items are indicated as such on their product page.
timeoutsportsexcellence.ca cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
At the moment, we only ship within Canada.
Delivery time of a purchased item depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during Checkout. Orders are shipped during business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
Online Return Policy
To assure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from timeoutsportsexcellence.ca, you may return an item within 14 days following the reception of your order for a full refund.
To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Care at [email protected] A Customer Care representative will initiate your return, supply you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be emailed to you with detailed instructions on returning your item(s).
Note: You cannot return your order unless you complete this step.

- To ensure a refund, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with any paperwork, parts and/or accessories it came with to ensure a refund (a product considered in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags still attached to the item).
- Ensure the Return Authorization (RA) number you received via email is enclosed with the item(s) being returned. Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will delay processing of your return.
- Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box.
- Send the return package to the address indicated on the email you received from the Customer Care Team. If preferred, packages can be brought directly to the retail store provided steps 1 through 4 have been completed first.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
The timeoutsportsexcellence.ca Return Policy applies only to purchases made on timeoutsportsexcellence.ca.
Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.
Certain products are exempt to our Online Return Policy. Exemptions are as follows:
Base Layers, Undergarment, Jock Straps, PPE and Mouth Guards - For hygienic reasons, all base layers, undergarments, jock straps, PPE, and mouth guards are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
Skate Modifications - Sharpened and/or custom fitted skates are not eligible for a return. Do not sharpen or custom fit your skates until you are certain your purchase is final.
Stick Modifications - Hockey Sticks - Returns are not accepted for taped hockey sticks or cut-down (sized) hockey sticks.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the defective item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Care to help describe the issue.
Wrong Item, Colour, or Size

You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.
Exchanging an Item
Please note, no exchanges are accepted, products must be returned for a refund only if deemed unsatisfactory and a new replacement order must be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item by following our Return Instructions and order a new item at timeoutsportsexcellence.ca.
